How do you charge your customers? What are your rates like?

AirRoad Logistics offers activity based pricing, so you only pay for the services you need. Our storage fees are based on the space occupied. The value we offer lies in the quality of care and service we offered, which ultimately helps clients reduce their total costs of doing business.

Where are your facilities located?

AirRoad Logistics operates 3PL warehouses in all 5 major cities, with a combined warehouse footprint of over 65,000 sqm. This includes Sydney (3 sites), Melbourne (3 sites), Brisbane (4 sites), Adelaide and Perth.

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of end-to-end third party logistics services. This includes contract storage (bulk & racked locations), inventory management, freight forwarding, reverse logistics, order fulfilment/e-commerce and more. We can also provide national road express distribution via AirRoad Express (same parent company) and will also be happy to work with any carrier of your choice.

What reports do you provide to your clients?

AirRoad Logistics offers a range of standard reports through our warehouse management system. In addition, we can also tailor reports according to our clients' requirements.

On acceptance, we provide you with a welcome pack including key contacts, your Client Manager details, account number, start date, etc. We also make sure your IT systems are fully integrated with ours and data flows accurately and securely.
